Going out of town for the Thanksgiving Holiday? You don't have to skip your CrossFit workout! Option A) Find a CrossFit affiliate close to where you'll be spending your holiday and contact them about doing a drop-in class. You see that we have plenty of visitors all the time...you can do the same thing! Option B) Look under the FAQ and Resources tab above for links to travel WODs: those that require little or no equipment. In fact, if you're in the mood for a WOD to burn off all of the pumpkin pie and marshmallow covered sweet potatoes, I'd recommend doing 7 minutes of burpees. No equipment. Very little time. Crushing workout. Boom.
