Start digging in your closet for items for the clothing swap! This is your chance to get rid of some of the perfectly good clothes (regular clothes or workout clothes) and accessories that just aren't working for you anymore. Maybe you squat so much now that your jeans don't fit your legs. Or maybe you can do so many pull-ups that your shirts don't fit over your lats. Bring this stuff in and trade it for something new (to you)!
Be at the CFCH "Original Gym" ready to go at 7pm, because from 7-7:30pm is your chance to shop around, try on, and pick out what you want. If you bring in 5 items, you'll have the chance to swap for 5 items. If you bring in 7, you'll have the chance to get 7 items, and so on. Right at 7:30, the trading will begin, and first one to pick up an item will get to take it home - so don't be late! You can even feel free to bring some wine to sip on while you shop and socialize!
