Registration for the 2014 CrossFit Open begins on January 15th! The Open will last for 5 weeks and begins on February 27th. We will be completing the workouts for the Open on Fridays in class, whether you are registered for the Open or not....so you might as well sign up to make it more fun :) Still not sure what the CrossFit Open is or why you should participate?
