It makes all the difference in the world to have an entire household working together to make good choices, rather than 1 outsider trying to resist what the rest of the family is eating. The first lifestyle challenge has been announced, and it's DRINK WATER! Each day one of your point will come from the "Lifestyle" category, which will change every 2 weeks. For the first 2 weeks, your goal is to drink 1/2oz of water for every pound of body weight, up to 101 oz. Be sure that you drink it SLOWLY throughout the day, rather than chugging the last 50 oz all at once to fill your quota. Get a water bottle and carry it with you wherever you go!
