Hopefully by now we've all seen that CrossFit isn't just for the 21 year-old youngster...and if you've ever been in the 5:30pm class and had Dirk wax you in a WOD, you know what I mean for sure :) But just in case you need a little reassurance, here's CrossFit from the perspective of the 50+ crowd.
