Talk about a guy dedicated to learning about fitness and nutrition. Josh is constantly reading up on everything from weightlifting to mobility/joint health to nutrition. He's constantly sharing his resources with us, whether they're books, articles, or ideas that he's seen other places, or interesting CrossFit items he's found online. Not to mention that pound for pound he's one of the strongest powerlifters at CFCH. Congratulations to our November Spotlight Athlete: Josh Hill!
