This tenderloin was absolutely fantastic. We made it with pork, but the recipe calls for venison back strap, so that would obviously work, too. The marinade was so easy to make, and the Dijon mustard (which I doubled, just like the blogger suggests) gives this recipe a great little zing. Now there's a word I never thought I'd type.....
