Don't forget, the CrossFit Games are airing on ESPN 2 all week. See the Monday post for the TV schedule. Also, if you notice on the announcements board at the gym, there are some CrossFit competitions coming up in the Houston area. The first is at CrossFit Houston over by UH and is a scaled Men's Challenge on October 13th. The second is at CrossFit Champions in the Tomball area. It's a BIG competition with lots of workout clothing vendors, shoes, CrossFit gear, FOOD and DRINKS...and the competition is awesome. There will be individual and team events to watch. I (Teresa) have registered to compete, so Phil and I will be there -- it's an all day deal with an after party, so mark it on your calendar to come watch.
