BIG ANNOUCEMENT

CFCH Family,

We have some big news for you today!

CrossFit Central Houston was started almost 9 years ago on a napkin at 59 Diner with a vision of creating a place where anyone could come and learn about the health and fitness method that had changed our lives for the better….but also somewhere that people would want to hang out, form lifelong relationships and have a great time.

We’d like to think that we have been successful in those things up to this point, but the time has come to pass the torch on to some different people who can run with that vision.

This is certainly a bittersweet moment, as it will be very difficult to leave the place that we’ve poured our heart and souls into, and the people that we love so much…but we are thrilled and so grateful that CFCH will be in good hands moving forward. Please show your love and support to the new owners of CrossFit Central Houston: Grace Lin and Logan + Jacqueline Clarke!
