ReOpening Procedures and Guidelines
We’re excited to be opening back up for in-person classes on May 18th! Below we have outlined the procedures and guidelines that will be put in place in order to maintain social distancing and keep everyone as healthy and safe as possible. These guidelines represent “Phase 1” of reopening CFCH. This is our first Pandemic ReOpening, too! Therefore, our team will be constantly evaluating our systems to make adjustments as needed in order to best serve you and keep you safe and healthy.
Expectations
In order to be intentional and methodological in minimizing the risk and stopping the spread of the virus, we will not be going back to “business as usual.”
The health and fitness of our community (inside and outside the gym) is our utmost priority. Therefore, we will be enforcing strict spacing and sanitation policies.
Class sizes will be limited 12 people.
We will continue to offer limited/no equipment workouts for those wanting to stay home.

General Member and Trainer Guidelines
Members and trainers will be required to stay home if they show any signs or symptoms of fever, coughing, chills, sore throat, loss of taste/smell, feeling unwell, or have known close contact with a person who is lab confirmed to have COVID-19.
A. Employees/contractors/members with new or worsening symptoms listed above cannot return to work until all three of the following criteria are met:
i. At least 3 days (72 hours) have passed since recovery (resolution of fever without fever-reducing medications)
ii. Shown improvement of symptoms (listed above)
iii. At least 10 days have passed since symptoms first appearedThe community will be contacted immediately if it becomes known that a member or trainer has tested positive for COVID-19.
If you have been exposed to someone with confirmed COVID-19, please self-quarantine for 14 days.
Members must sign up on MindBody to reserve a spot in class. No exceptions. Sign up for classes will be open 24 hours in advance.
Trainers will wear face masks.
Sanitation Practices
Members and trainers are encouraged to practice hygiene standards defined by the CDC.
Members will be required to use hand sanitizer upon entering/exiting the building.
Members will be trained on proper equipment disinfecting and time will be allotted during each class to properly disinfect all equipment used, including the floor.
The gym will have strict cleaning and disinfecting protocol in accordance to the CDC.
Sanitation supplies will be available at every workout station (disinfecting spray, wipe cloths, etc.)
Absolutely no spitting inside the gym.
To reduce use of common space, changing rooms will be closed.
Class Guidelines
Class Times:
Monday - Friday: 5am/6:15am/9:30am/4:15pm/5:30pm
Saturday: 7:30am/9am
The doors to the gym will open 5 minutes before the start of class. Members will wait outside/in their cars until the doors open.
Upon entering the building and sanitizing hands, members will go directly to a workout station until the start of class.
Warmups and workouts will be designed so each member can use their own equipment during class.
There will be no sharing of equipment during class.
Each member will be provided a workout station. These will be sectioned off so members are always at least 6 feet apart.
Each workout station will have equipment provided for the class. This includes cleaning supplies (see item 5 under Sanitation Practices).
There will be no gathering at the whiteboard. Instead, members will remain in their workout stations while a coach explains the workout to the group.
Members will properly disinfect every piece of equipment used during the class. This includes the floor or anything touched.
Classes times have been adjusted to avoid overlap between classes.
We ask that members please not dwell more than 5 minutes before or after class inside the building to reduce congestion.
There will be no Open Gym.
There will be no communal chalk bucket.
Members will be asked to leave unnecessary belongings at home or in their car.
Belongings (i.e. bags, keys, phones, etc.) will be placed in member’s designated workout station.
Water fountain will be off limits. Members will be asked to bring their own water.
Members will be asked to bring their own workout towels.
