New to CrossFit?

STEP 1: TRY A CLASS!

We'd love for you to try out a class for free! During that time we can also answer any questions that you might have, discuss your fitness goals, and next steps. You can begin registering for your free class by viewing the schedule pictured on this page and selecting "Sign Up" next to any class labeled "WOD." PLEASE CHOOSE A CLASS TIME IN WHICH YOU CAN ARRIVE AT LEAST 10 MINUTES EARLY. From there, simply follow the directions to create your account and reserve your spot in class as a "FREE TRIAL."

Don't worry: the point of this class is not throw you head first into anything you aren't comfortable doing! Our goal is to give you a taste of how we can scale/modify workouts so that ANYONE can participate, and to offer you the chance to meet your trainers, members, get a feel for the structure of a CrossFit class, and the types of workouts you might see in the future. All you need to bring with you is a water bottle and a positive attitude - we'll take care of the rest!

STEP 2: LEARNING THE BASICS

  • Our OnRamp Course will cover the fundamentals of barbell movements, and other common CrossFit movements in order to prepare you for CrossFit group classes

STEP 3: CHOOSE A MEMBERSHIP
