1 deadlift (315/205)
2 muscle ups
3 strict HSPU

COMPETITION EXTRA
A. 3 sets of:
2-4 skin the cats
50 ft handstand walk or 30 shoulder taps
45 sec HS hold on wall (nose and toes)
40 unbroken double unders

ENDURANCE
A. Every 2 minutes for 20 minutes:
250/200m row SPRINT
B. 3 sets of quality:
20 reverse snow angels
20 medball situps (20/14#)
