The very first yoga class was a success!! Thank you Sandy for being an amazing yoga teacher, and for everyone who came out and participated! Class is Friday's at 4:30pm and it's completely FREE for CFCH members - it doesn't count as one of your weekly classes, either! Come try it!

Partner A: 50 burpees
Partner B: hold 45/25# plate overhead
Switch positions
then,
Partner A: 50 G2OH with plate (45/25#)
Parnter B: hold plank position
