Congratulations on all of the PRs today!! The feeling being able to do something that you've never done before is so rewarding! For those who didn't set a PR today : don't be frustrated! You can't PR every time you try, otherwise, it wouldn't be so special! So many factors play into your ability to generate more power and strength than your body has ever been able to generate: diet, sleep, recovery, hydration, stress level, mental game.....Don't worry. You'll get another chance to try and PR REAL SOON. :)
