Thursday 3.20.14

This just came out of my oven and I think I'm about to take down 3# of chicken right this minute. This is juicy, flavorful, and literally STUPID EASY. No cooking skills or experience required. It involves chicken thighs, 4-5 spices mixed together, and sticking it in the oven for 30 minutes. I did make a few modifications: I added tsp of dried basil to this mix (and then tripled the whole thing for my 3# of chicken), used skinless chicken thighs (just because that's what we had in the fridge) and only put in 1 tsp of red pepper flakes for 3#. Next time, I'll probably go a little easier on the salt.
