Going out of town for the Thanksgiving Holiday? You don't have to skip your CrossFit workout! Option A) Find a CrossFit affiliate close to where you'll be spending your holiday and contact them about doing a drop-in class. You see that we have plenty of visitors all the can do the same thing! Option B) Look under the FAQ and Resources tab above for links to travel WODs: those that require little or no equipment. In fact, if you're in the mood for a WOD to burn off all of the pumpkin pie and marshmallow covered sweet potatoes, I'd recommend doing 7 minutes of burpees. No equipment. Very little time. Crushing workout. Boom.
