Back Pain? Here are some flexion and extension related back pain recipes. Shockingly enough,  back pain is usually related to either tight hips or tight glues and hamstrings. Weird, we've been working those quite a bit (running, deadlifts), so if you're not taking care of your mobilization, or you're consistently out of position when performing these exercises, you might be experiencing some back pain! Check out this video for some easy things you can do at home or before/after your workouts.
