 The official workout for the Whole Life Challenge has been posted! You may complete it any time between Friday and the end of next week that you'd like - the sooner, the better. We will have it as an option during class time or you can come in and just do it on your own in the second space during times when we are only holding one class. 

Against an 11 min clock:
800m run
75 squats
50 sit ups
25 push ups
