Any (though not necessarily all) of the following movements could appear in the PARTNER THROWDOWN workout:
deadlift (no minimum amount)
DB snatch (RX: 50/35, Scaled: 30/15)
wall balls (RX: 20/14# to a 10" target, Scaled: 14/10# to a 9" target)
pushups (RX), push to plank (scaled)
