Want to bring someone in for a free trial class? AWESOME. Please be sure that they do two things before bringing them in for a free trial: 

1) Choose a class time from the following: 6AM, 9:30AM, or 4:30PM. This is new. The other class times are often full, and we want to make sure that our already paying athletes are able to get into their classes. If the person you want to bring cannot attend any of these class times, please have them contact us in advance and we'll see what we can do.

 2) Register for their free trial online. As noted above, classes get full. It's extremely difficult to fit more than 17 barbells into our space, along with whatever other equipment we're using. If your friend doesn't sign up, then shows up and the class is full, we're not going to be jerks and turn them away. However, it impacts the rest of the class. Have them email or call if they have any questions or trouble signing up! 

We LOVE that you think enough of CFCH to bring your friends and family in! Our goal is to ensure that the new folks get the attention that they need, and that our current members are able to get what they pay for.
