We spent lots of time with Phil's family this weekend, and they are still talking about this recipe that we made on father's day....and none of them are regular Paleo eaters. I chose this particular recipe because it uses less sugar (honey) than other that I'd found. I also used shredded coconut instead of the coconut flakes, so whatever you can find will work.
