Fancy Dinner in 5 min

I made this pot roast for dinner last week along with the garlic cauliflower "mashed potatoes" from Thursday, and Phil's comment was, "I feel like we're eating dinner at a fancy restaurant!" This pot roast is absolutely amazing, and it took appoximately 5 minutes to assemble before I threw it in a crockpot and left it for the day.

Thursday: Overhead Squat 3-3-3-3-3 (heavy)
