 If you haven't already tried the recipes for egg muffins and breakfast casserole that we posted a while back - you're missing out. But if you're looking for something that feels a little FANCY for breakfast.....have I got a present for you. This is SO EASY, it's delicious and something about being made with leeks and swiss chard makes it feel so high class. If you've never tried leeks before, they're really similar to caramelized sweet onions. Uh, yum. Just be sure that when you use them, you use only the white and very light green portion. The dark green stalks are a no-go.
