Tuesday 5.14.13

Next week is the South Central Regionals Competition in San Antonio. Competition begins on Friday morning, so Phil and I will be driving up to San Antonio on Thursday night after classes. That being in the case, we are cancelling the 6:30pm class next Thursday....but we WILL have 5am, 6am and 9:30am classes that Thursday morning. As mentioned in the newsletter that went out, we will be closed Friday and Saturday. Sorry, but all of the coaches we know will be at the Regionals competition, so it's hard to find someone to substitute coach for any of those days.  We will be posting workouts that you can do at home with minimal or no equipment required on Friday and Satruday!
