(115/75) for each AMRAP, partners use the same weight

7 min AMRAP:
10 lunges with bar in the front rack while partner holds a handstand
then,
7 min AMRAP:
10 push press while partner holds plank position
then,
7 min AMRAP
10 back squats while partner holds seated hang position

*you may not pick up the bar until partner is in postition
