How to Read the Leaderboard

If you haven't been to the CrossFit Games website yet, it's definitely worth a look. Even if you're not competing in this year's Open, it's what's going on in the CrossFit community right now. There are inspirational stories, amazing performance videos and all sorts of stuff on the well as the leaderboard.
