Some folks asked if we could open a little earlier for the holiday hours, so we moved up class times one hour in the hopes that this would work for more people!
Alternating 2 min each partner for 24 minutes:
Accumulate as many points as possible. Athlete may not perform more than 10 reps of any movement consecutively.
wall walk = 5 points
med ball clean (20/14) = 3 points
med ball sit up (20/14) = 1 point
