7:30pm Class Change

Just a reminder that beginning next week, the 7:30pm class time will no longer be a regular CrossFit class. Instead, our OnRamp class will be meeting during this time to learn fundamental movements of CrossFit. From here on out, all new members will need to go through the OnRamp class before signing up for a membership. We will also be inviting some of our newest members to attend the class.
