Paleo Challenge is Almost Over!

Only 1 more week until we re-measure and take after pictures! Remember, that we're basing our winners on overall improvement in body composition, so if your weight hasn't changed don't fret! If you've lost fat and put on muscle, your weight may be the same, but your body will look totally keep it up!

Meanwhile, make a big pot of this: "Creamy" Crockpot Chicken and Tomato Soup. It's easy to cook (yay crockpots!) and it makes great leftovers and lunches. Serve over spinach, or cauliflower rice or broccoli.
