HAPPY NEW YEAR! Hope everyone had a safe and fun new year and is ready to hit it hard for 2013! The 2013 CrossFit Open is only 9 weeks away, and just 28 days until registration time! Yes, you're doing it. More information to come if you're not sure what I'm talking about just yet. But we're ALL going to be in on it.

PALEO CHALLENGE starts next Monday! If you are doing the challenge, you need to be at the seminar at 11am on Saturday. Before attending the seminar you need to:

1) Read CrossFit Journal Article 21 ,print out the block list and bring it to the seminar

2) Print out and bring this food log (click on "food log" and it pops up as an Excel sheet)

Even if you're not doing the Paleo Challenge, you should attend this seminar! In fact, even if you don't plan on eating Paleo, this seminar will help you with food portioning and give you ideas about how to choose the foods that you do want to include in your diet.
