RULE #3 : INTRODUCE YOURSELF TO NEWCOMERS

I'd be willing to bet that the first time you tried a CrossFit workout, you were a little bit nervous. On top of that, imagine your first CrossFit workout surrounded by a group of people who already know what to expect, probably know how to do all of the movements, and who all know each other. Intimidating? Yep.

When you see a someone you don't recognize, make sure you introduce yourself, and if you're feeling a little crazy, start a conversation with them! "Is this your first time here?" "Have you CrossFitted before?" "How are you?" Our community is one of the main selling points of our box. YOU are one of the things that will make people love this place! Make them feel like they are part of the community from Day 1.
