We will be closed this coming Saturday. Phil and I will be competing on a 2-person team together at the Slaybell Showdown in Pearland at CrossFit Armada. We would LOVE for you to come out and support us! It's free to get in, and there will be a DJ, food, CrossFit equipment and clothing vendors, and of course, individual and team competition. Everything starts at 8am and goes until about 2pm, so come hang out any time in between.
