Don't be mistaken: you have started something that can change your life. CrossFit has this way of moving beyond this thing that you do for a few hours per week to a lifestyle. It sounds a little silly or overdramatic to think that working out could change your life, but when it effects your decisions and your health beyond just the time that you're at the gym, it's completely possible.
