We made these chicken wings for the first time about a year ago, and haven't looked back. I make about 6 lbs of these at a time, then when it's time to pack for lunch, it's easy to throw them in a tupperware container and go. They don't need any added sauce, I promise...but a little guac never hurt 'em :) With a salad, you've got a well rounded lunch with plenty of protein and fat to keep you full, and all sorts of nutrients from your salad. Speaking of....just in case we're not all on the same page, iceberg lettuce = water. You want baby greens, spinich leaves, DARK green stuff....
