How to Get Started
STEP 1: TRY A CLASS!
We'd love for you to try out a class for free! During that time we can also answer any questions that you might have, discuss your fitness goals, and next steps. Please see the steps listed below detailing how to sign up for your free trial. PLEASE CHOOSE A CLASS TIME IN WHICH YOU CAN ARRIVE AT LEAST 10 MINUTES EARLY.
1) Click here to visit our online scheduling site.
2) Click on "Sign Up!" in the top right corner of the page
3) Enter your first and last name in the "New to our Site" section. From here you will be prompted to enter the rest of your contact information.
4) Once you have entered your contact information, you will be directed back to the scheduling page where you can choose a class date and time and click "Sign Up Now."
5) Make a single reservation, then choose "Free Trial Class."
6) Please print out bring our WAIVER with you, along with a water bottle. If you have any other questions about dropping in, registering, our programming, or CrossFit, please don't hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or (832) 474-5232.
STEP 2: LEARNING THE BASICS
- Our OnRamp Course will cover the fundamentals of barbell movements, and other common CrossFit movements in order to prepare you for CrossFit group classes
STEP 3: CHOOSE A MEMBERSHIP
After learning the basics, you may choose a membership package and attend any day/class time that you like! If you would like to view our MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT, you may do so by clicking here.
