Get recipe ideas, learn how to compose a zone blocked meal, and let's EAT! For this potluck, you'll need to bring a dish that represents a macro nutrient (protein, carb or fat). For instance, a pan of meatballs (protein), or a tray of sweet potato hash (carb). Please do your best to choose QUALITY FOODS (that's whole foods that are nutrient dense). You'll need to bring an index card or sheet of paper that has the name of your dish, and what constitutes 1 BLOCK (is it 100g? 1/3 of a cup?), and something to measure that block with, like a measuring cup or a food scale. That way, each person can compose an appropriately blocked meal by trying out a bunch of different things!
