Memorial Day "Murph"

Each Memorial Day, CrossFitters all over America gather to do the Hero WOD "Murph." Created in honor of Lt. Michael P. Murphy, the workout consists of:
Run 1 mile
100 pull ups
200 push ups
300 air squats
Run 1 mile
*use 20# weight vest
Athletes will have several scaling options, as we would like as many people as possible to participate in this very special tribute workout. In addition, CFCH is partnering with The Murph Challenge. When you register at themurphchallenge.com, not only will you receive a t-shirt, but you'll be contributing to the Lt. Michael P. Murphy Scholarship Foundation.
