Our Kids Class introduces kids to the fundamental techniques and concepts of well rounded fitness in a way that is fun, exciting, educational, and always leaves them wanting more. Depending on your child’s age and skill level, he/she will be working in small groups, participating in activities that get them off the sofa and being ACTIVE! Please keep in mind that your child will NOT be expected or asked to perform workouts similar to what is done in the adult class, however, they will be learning concepts and techniques that will then later help them to lift more, run faster, and do more stuff! In fact, the younger your child, the less we are concerned about whether or not their air squat is perfect, and the more we are concerned with how much FUN they are having!
WHO: Any kids aged 6-12 years old
