28 Days of 28 Burpees


Each day in February, we'll be performing 28 burpees! The goal is to take this month to get better at burpee technique and speed - so do these all out! In addition, you'll need to do burpees even on days that you aren't at the gym.....so if you submit a video on Instagram and/or Facebook and use the hashtag #burpeechallenge, along with tagging CrossFit Central Houston, we'll choose one winner each week to receive a $10 CFCH gift card!
